With 15 years of entrepreneurial, sales and marketing experience, I provide real estate cosultation services to Winchester residents and the surrounding communities. I specializie in residential, multi-family and corporate relocations as well as rental services. I am a life-long resident of Winchester and have been an active member of many community organizations over the past 10 years. I am the founder and previous owner of Winchester Rubbish Removal which I began in approximately 1993 and grew from the ground up. This business was designed to help address the lack of municiple waste service provided by the Town of Winchester. In 2001 I began a new endeavor to later be known as Regional Rubbish Removal. This business focused its attention on recycling and specializes in dumpster services for contractors and home owners in the surrounding communities.
As a resident of Winchester I live here in town with my beautiful wife Karen and our only son Preston. We are active members of a local cooperative school in Winchester and enjoy the interaction with our son and his teachers and friends at school. As a business man in town, I believe it is necessary to give back to the community. I will make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network which supports local network hospitals such as Children's Hospital in Boston with each real estate transaction that I fulfill.
2008 was an incredible year for me in the world of real estate. Thanks to my many wonderful clients I was able to surpass all of my own personal goals.
